14-day withdrawal right and food exceptions
A consumer may generally withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods. The statutory right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It also does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. Therefore, an eligible COZENO jar must remain sealed and must not fall within the rapid-deterioration or short-expiry exception. These exceptions do not limit rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Last updated: 20 July 2026.
How to withdraw and return
Before the 14-day period expires, send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to info@iveriapharma.com. Include your name, order number, goods, receipt date and the date of notice. You may write: I hereby withdraw from my contract for [goods], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Return the eligible goods to Iveriapharma Ltd, 6a Shalva Gogidze Street, 0159 Tbilisi, Georgia, no later than 7 calendar days after sending the notice. Contact us before dispatch so the return can be identified.
Costs, condition and refund timing
For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by excess handling. We refund payments received, including the cost of our least-expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and no fee is charged for it.
Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not match the contract, contact info@iveriapharma.com with the order number, a description and, where useful, photographs. Georgian consumer law provides conformity remedies generally for two years after delivery. Free repair or replacement is primary where possible and proportionate; for food, replacement will usually be the practical remedy. Price reduction or withdrawal and refund may apply where the statutory conditions are met. We bear necessary return or redelivery costs for a justified non-conformity claim.
