Products, prices and delivery area
The store offers the COZENO food products described on each product page. The displayed product price is in Georgian lari and includes applicable taxes. Delivery is available only in Georgia and is added at checkout: GEL 5 in Tbilisi, with a target of 24 hours, and GEL 10 elsewhere in Georgia, with a target of 72 hours. These are targets rather than guaranteed deadlines. Free delivery, pickup and delivery outside Georgia are unavailable.
Ordering steps and electronic confirmation
Select products, review the cart, provide delivery and billing details, review the total and these terms, choose payment and select the button labelled as an obligation to pay. You can correct entered information before that final step. Payment takes place on Bank of Georgia's hosted checkout, which displays the methods enabled for this merchant. We acknowledge the electronic order without undue delay and provide the order information by email and, for registered customers, in the account area. The contract is confirmed when payment is verified and the paid order is confirmed. You may save or print these terms. Contract information is available in Georgian, English and Russian.
Fulfilment and product information
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Risk passes when you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods. If an item is unavailable, a price is plainly erroneous or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will contact you and return any payment due. Check the product label and page before use, especially ingredients, allergens, usage and storage. Product images are illustrative; the label and delivered product control factual information.
Withdrawal, defects and complaints
The statutory withdrawal right, its food and sealed-goods exceptions, return procedure and refunds are explained on the Returns and refunds page. Those exceptions do not remove your rights when goods are defective, damaged, wrongly supplied or otherwise non-conforming. Send order complaints to info@iveriapharma.com with the order number and relevant evidence. You may also use the consumer complaint channels of the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency or apply to a court. Georgian law governs these terms; this does not restrict mandatory rights available to you.
